食品中微生物檢驗的影響因素和控制分析
摘 要:食品質(zhì)量安全監(jiān)管中,微生物檢驗是一項重要內(nèi)容,通過檢測食品中細菌、霉菌等各類微生物的性質(zhì)、數(shù)量,可以判斷食品是否符合質(zhì)量標準,進而實現(xiàn)對食品質(zhì)量安全的有效管控。本文概述了食品微生物檢驗的重要性,分析了食品中微生物檢驗影響因素,并探討了食品中微生物檢驗控制措施,以供相關人員參考。

Analysis of Influencing Factors and Control of Microbiological Examination in Food

Abstract: In food quality and safety supervision, microbiological inspection is an important content. By detecting the nature and quantity of bacteria, molds and other microorganisms in food, we can judge whether food meets the quality standards, so as to achieve effective control of food quality and safety. In this paper, the importance of microbiological examination in food is summarized, the influencing factors of microbiological examination in food are analyzed, and the control measures of microbiological examination in food are discussed for reference.
