近紅外光譜技術在食品和農(nóng)產(chǎn)品領域中的應用
摘 要:利用近紅外光譜,結合基團特征波產(chǎn)生的位置及吸收強度等要素,通過定量、定性的方式,即可完成對某類成分主要化學結構的描述。本文從食品與農(nóng)產(chǎn)品領域的檢測工作出發(fā),簡要分析近紅外光譜技術的具體應用。

Application of Near Infrared Spectroscopy in Food and Agricultural Products

Abstract: The main chemical structure of a certain type of component can be described quantitatively and qualitatively by using near-infrared spectroscopy, combined with the location and absorption intensity of the group characteristic wave. This paper starts from the detection work in the field of food and agricultural products, and briefly analyzes the specific application of near-infrared spectroscopy.
