食品檢測實驗室的內(nèi)部質(zhì)量控制研究
摘 要:隨著生活水平的提高,人們開始重點關(guān)注食品質(zhì)量與食品安全。本文闡述了對食品檢測實驗室整體檢測質(zhì)量造成干擾的主要因素,探討了現(xiàn)階段食品檢測實驗室內(nèi)部質(zhì)量控制存在的問題,重點分析了加強食品檢測實驗室內(nèi)部質(zhì)量控制的具體措施,以期推動食品安全檢測的進一步發(fā)展。

Study on Internal Quality Control of Food Testing Laboratory

Abstract: With the improvement of living standards, people began to focus on food quality and food safety. This paper expounds the main factors that interfere with the overall testing quality of food testing laboratories, probes into the problems existing in the internal quality control of food testing laboratories at the present stage, and emphatically analyzes the specific measures to strengthen the internal quality control of food testing laboratories in order to promote the further development of food safety testing.
