我國鄉(xiāng)村食品安全問題及對(duì)策研究

摘 要：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展，鄉(xiāng)村居民的生活水平得到了極大的改善。但是鄉(xiāng)村食品安全問題頻出，加強(qiáng)對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村食品安全的監(jiān)督與管理已成為當(dāng)前迫切需要解決的問題。本文強(qiáng)調(diào)了鄉(xiāng)村食品安全監(jiān)管的重要性，分析了鄉(xiāng)村食品安全的現(xiàn)狀，并提出了一系列優(yōu)化我國鄉(xiāng)村食品安全監(jiān)管工作的策略，以提升鄉(xiāng)村食品安全的管理水平。

Study on the Problems and Countermeasures of Rural Food Safety in China

Abstract： With the continuous development of economy， the living standard of rural residents has been greatly improved. However， the problems of rural food safety problems occur frequently. Strengthening the supervision and management of rural food safety has become an urgent problem to be solved. This paper emphasizes the importance of rural food safety supervision， analyzes the current situation of rural food safety， and proposes a series of strategies to optimize rural food safety supervision in China， so as to improve the management level of rural food safety.
