食品安全快速檢測技術(shù)在食品安全監(jiān)督中的運用淺析
摘 要:本文針對食品安全監(jiān)督管理工作進(jìn)行探究,從食品安全的影響因素入手,詳細(xì)闡述了快速檢測技術(shù)在理化項目、農(nóng)藥殘留、食品添加劑、生物毒素、微生物和重金屬檢測六大領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用,并且總結(jié)了基層食品監(jiān)管中安全快速檢測技術(shù)的注意事項,旨在推動食品安全快速檢測技術(shù)的進(jìn)一步推廣應(yīng)用。

Analysis of the Application of Rapid Food Safety Detection Technology in Food Safety Supervision

Abstract: This paper probes into the supervision and management of food safety. Starting from the influencing factors of food safety, it expounds in detail the application of rapid detection technology in six fields, including physical and chemical items, pesticide residues, food additives, biological toxins, microorganisms and heavy metal detection. It also summarizes the matters needing attention in basic level food supervision, aiming to promote the further promotion and application of rapid detection technology of food safety.
