摘 要:本文通過對(duì)寧夏農(nóng)村消費(fèi)者食品安全實(shí)地調(diào)查,進(jìn)一步分析農(nóng)村食品安全問題及原因,并提出相關(guān)對(duì)策,提升農(nóng)村消費(fèi)群體食品安全意識(shí),為踐行“健康中國2030”戰(zhàn)略奠定基礎(chǔ)。

Research on Rural Food Safety Issues from the Perspective of Consumers
——Based on the Survey of Rural Consumers in Ningxia

Abstract: This paper further analyzes the problems and causes of rural food safety through the field investigation of food safety among rural consumers in Ningxia, and puts forward relevant countermeasures to improve the food safety awareness of rural consumer groups and lay a foundation for the implementation of the “Healthy China 2030” strategy.
