現(xiàn)代分析技術(shù)在食品添加劑檢測(cè)中的應(yīng)用

摘 要：當(dāng)前食品安全問題已經(jīng)成為影響社會(huì)穩(wěn)定及人們健康的主要因素，受到了社會(huì)各方的關(guān)注?；诖?，本文從食品添加劑概述入手，分析現(xiàn)代檢測(cè)技術(shù)在食品添加劑檢測(cè)中的具體應(yīng)用，以期提升我國(guó)人們的生活質(zhì)量，保護(hù)自身的身體健康，維護(hù)食品行業(yè)的安全運(yùn)行，促進(jìn)我國(guó)食品行業(yè)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展壯大。

Application of Modern Analytical Techniques in the Detection of Food Additives

Abstract： At present， food safety has become a major factor affecting social stability and people’s health， which has been concerned by all sides of society. Based on this， this paper starts with the overview of food additives， analyzes the specific application of modern detection technology in the detection of food additives， in order to improve people’s quality of life， protect their health， maintain the safe operation of food industry， and promote the further development of our food industry.
