摘 要:隨著生活品質(zhì)的提升,人們對(duì)于物質(zhì)生活有了更高的追求,食品安全問(wèn)題愈發(fā)成為關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。本文以食品安全為核心,就食品檢測(cè)的質(zhì)量控制及細(xì)節(jié)問(wèn)題展開(kāi)分析,以期以更為嚴(yán)格到位的食品檢測(cè)管理保證食品安全。

Abstract: With the improvement of the quality of life, people have a higher pursuit of material life, and food safety issues have increasingly become the focus of attention. This article takes food safety as the core, analyzes the quality control and details of food testing, in order to ensure food safety with stricter food testing management.
