基于流通環(huán)節(jié)食品質(zhì)量安全監(jiān)管的研究
摘 要:食品安全問(wèn)題是最基本的民生問(wèn)題,食品安全關(guān)系到人們的身體健康和社會(huì)穩(wěn)定。本文提出了完善流通環(huán)節(jié)食品安全質(zhì)量監(jiān)管的思路及對(duì)策,對(duì)于加強(qiáng)日常監(jiān)管,提升食品安全保障水平具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。

Abstrct: Food safety is the most basic livelihood issue, and food safety is related to people’s health and social stability. This paper puts forward ideas and countermeasures to improve food safety and quality supervision in circulation link, which has certain guiding significance for strengthening daily supervision and improving food safety assurance level.
