摘 要：本文簡單介紹了食品檢驗的基本含義和內(nèi)容，并圍繞環(huán)境、樣品、儀器與試劑、檢驗方法、誤差以及人為因素等方面，就影響食品檢驗準確性的重要因素以及相應(yīng)對策進行了探討。
