食品安全國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB 2763—2021對茶葉的新要求

摘 要：新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB 2763—2021增加了81種農(nóng)藥殘留和2 985項(xiàng)最大殘留限量，增幅分別為17%、42%。本文梳理了新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對茶葉農(nóng)殘限量的新要求，對比了《國家食品安全監(jiān)督抽檢實(shí)施細(xì)則》（2020—2022年版）茶葉中農(nóng)殘檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目的變化，旨在為茶葉產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供參考。

New Requirements for Tea in National Food Safety Standard GB 2763—2021

Abstract： The new standard GB 2763—2021 increased 81 pesticide residues and 2 985 maximum residue limits， an increase of 17%， 42%， respectively. This paper summarizes the new requirements of GB 2763—2021 on the limit of pesticide residues in tea， and compares the changes in the inspection items of pesticide residues in tea in the “Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the National Food Safety Supervision and Random Inspection” （version 2020—2022）， aiming to provide reference for the development of the tea industry.
