基層餐飲服務(wù)食品安全監(jiān)管現(xiàn)狀分析
摘 要:食品安全直接影響到人們的生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全。因此,市場監(jiān)管部門要切實(shí)發(fā)揮自身監(jiān)管責(zé)任,通過開展食品安全檢查工作,嚴(yán)格規(guī)范基層餐飲服務(wù)單位的食品安全。本文結(jié)合基層餐飲服務(wù)食品安全現(xiàn)狀,分析目前我國食品安全監(jiān)管面臨的困境,多措并舉促進(jìn)我國食品安全監(jiān)督管理效率的提高。

Analysis of the Current Situation of Food Safety Supervision and Administration in Basic Food and Beverage Services

Abstract: Food safety directly affects the safety of people’s lives and property. Therefore, market supervision departments should effectively play their regulatory responsibilities and strictly regulate the food safety of grassroots food service units by carrying out food safety inspection work. This paper combines the current situation of food safety in grassroots food service, analyzes the current dilemma faced by China’s food safety supervision, and takes multiple measures to promote the improvement of the efficiency of China’s food safety supervision and management.
