石斛內(nèi)生菌的研究進(jìn)展

摘 要：石斛是“藥食同源”的傳統(tǒng)名貴中藥材，其含有的內(nèi)生菌種類豐富。石斛內(nèi)生菌在與宿主石斛長期共生中，對石斛的生長發(fā)育、抗逆境、活性代謝產(chǎn)物的合成有促進(jìn)作用。本文簡述了目前石斛內(nèi)生菌資源及對石斛促生作用的研究結(jié)果，展望問題及研究方向，以期為石斛及內(nèi)生菌的開發(fā)利用提供依據(jù)。

Research Progress of Endophytic Bacteria in Dendrobium

Abstract： Dendrobium is a traditional and precious Chinese medicinal material with“medicine food homology”， and it contains abundant endophytic bacteria. In long-termsymbiosis， endophytic bacteria can promote the growth and development， stress resistance and the synthesis of active metabolites of Dendrobium. This paper briefly describes the current research results of endophytic bacteria resources and their promoting effects on Dendrobium， and prospects the problems and research directions， in order to provide a basis for the development and utilization of Dendrobium and endophytic bacteria.

石斛（Dendrobium）為附生型多年生草本植物，為蘭科最大的屬之一，主要有鐵皮石斛、流蘇石斛、環(huán)草石斛、金釵石斛、鼓槌石斛和黃草石斛等，在我國主要分布于秦嶺-淮河以南，集中在云、貴、桂、瓊、粵和臺等地區(qū)。（剩余4797字）
