蝙蝠蛾擬青霉-蛹蟲草復(fù)方的安全性評價及調(diào)節(jié)免疫活性研究

摘 要:目的:評價蝙蝠蛾擬青霉-蛹蟲草復(fù)方安全性與免疫增強(qiáng)活性。方法:采用小鼠急性毒性試驗(yàn)、骨髓細(xì)胞微核試驗(yàn)、精子畸形試驗(yàn)、微粒體酶(Ames)試驗(yàn)、遲發(fā)型變態(tài)反應(yīng)試驗(yàn)、血清溶血素滴度檢測和脾細(xì)胞抗體生成細(xì)胞試驗(yàn),觀察受試物的安全性和免疫功能。結(jié)果:蝙蝠蛾擬青霉-蛹蟲草復(fù)方對小鼠急性毒性最大耐受量>20.0 g/kg bw,屬無毒級物質(zhì),且小鼠骨髓細(xì)胞微核試驗(yàn)、精子畸形試驗(yàn)及Ames試驗(yàn)呈陰性;細(xì)胞免疫試驗(yàn)中,中劑量(0.33 g/kg bw)、高劑量(0.99 g/kg bw)復(fù)方能顯著提高小鼠足跖厚度差值(中劑量:p
