試論食用油生產(chǎn)關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)及常見(jiàn)的質(zhì)量安全問(wèn)題

摘 要:本文基于食用油的常用生產(chǎn)工藝,以及食用油生產(chǎn)中的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn),對(duì)食用油生產(chǎn)中的常見(jiàn)質(zhì)量安全問(wèn)題展開(kāi)研究。同時(shí),提出了一系列加強(qiáng)食用油生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量安全管理的具體對(duì)策,借此規(guī)范食用油生產(chǎn)流程,保障食用油生產(chǎn)安全、生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量。

Abstract: Based on the common production technology of edible oil and the key points in edible oil production, this paper studies the common quality and safety problems in edible oil production. At the same time, it puts forward a series of specific countermeasures to strengthen the quality and safety management of edible oil production, so as to standardize the edible oil production process and ensure the safety and quality of edible oil production.
