食品微生物檢驗(yàn)的影響因素和控制分析
摘 要:隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,人們的日常生活水平也在不斷提升。在此背景下,食品安全成為社會(huì)關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。影響食品安全的因素有很多,要想全面保證食品安全,須做好食品中微生物的檢驗(yàn)工作。本文對(duì)食品微生物檢驗(yàn)過(guò)程中影響檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確性的因素進(jìn)行分析,并提出控制微生物檢驗(yàn)質(zhì)量的策略。

Analysis on Influencing Factors and Control of Food Microbiological Examination

Abstract: With the rapid development of social economy, people’s daily living standards are also improving. In this context, food safety has become a hot issue of social concern. There are many factors affecting food safety. In order to fully ensure food safety, we must do a good job in the inspection of microorganisms in food. This paper analyzes the factors affecting the accuracy of inspection results in the process of food microbiological inspection, and puts forward the strategies to control the quality of microbiological inspection.
