食用農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈中人為危害問題研究
摘 要:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,食用農(nóng)產(chǎn)品安全事件頻發(fā),部分是由人為因素引起的。本文基于供應(yīng)鏈分析食用農(nóng)產(chǎn)品安全事件發(fā)生的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)和原因,從而提出在產(chǎn)前、生產(chǎn)(養(yǎng)殖、種植)、加工、流通、銷售及餐飲等供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)節(jié)上對(duì)食用農(nóng)產(chǎn)品中的人為危害進(jìn)行防控的建議。

Research on Human-derived Hazards in the Supply Chain of Edible Agricultural Products

Abstract: With the rapid development of China’s economy, the quality and safety incidents of edible agricultural products occur frequently, partly caused by human factors. Based on the analysis of the key links and reasons of the safety incidents of edible agricultural products in the supply chain, this paper puts forward suggestions on the prevention and control of artificial harm in edible agricultural products in the supply chain links of prenatal, production (breeding, planting), processing, circulation, sales and catering.
