原子吸收光譜儀在食品中的應(yīng)用及日常維護(hù)對(duì)策分析

摘 要：為保障食品安全檢測(cè)質(zhì)量，加強(qiáng)食品監(jiān)管，本文基于原子吸收光譜儀的相關(guān)概念，對(duì)食品中應(yīng)用原子吸收光譜儀的必要性展開(kāi)分析，同時(shí)對(duì)原子吸收光譜儀在動(dòng)物源類食品、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品、乳制品檢測(cè)中的具體應(yīng)用以及原子吸收光譜儀的日常維護(hù)方法進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)研究，以此突出食品領(lǐng)域中原子吸收光譜儀的使用價(jià)值。

Analysis on the Application of Atomic Absorption Spectrometer in Food and Daily Maintenance Countermeasures

Abstract： In order to ensure the quality of food safety detection and strengthen food supervision， based on the relevant concepts of atomic absorption spectrometer， this paper analyzes the necessity of applying atomic absorption spectrometer in food， and studies in detail the specific application of atomic absorption spectrometer in the detection of animal derived food， agricultural products and dairy products， as well as the daily maintenance methods of atomic absorption spectrometer， so as to highlight the use value of atomic absorption spectrometer in the field of food.

隨著人們對(duì)食品安全重視程度的增加，各類食品檢測(cè)技術(shù)不斷成熟，原子吸收光譜法不僅可定量分析食品內(nèi)的各類有機(jī)元素，還可以對(duì)食品內(nèi)的無(wú)機(jī)元素進(jìn)行定性，能夠更準(zhǔn)確地測(cè)定食品中的重金屬、微量元素，保障食品安全檢測(cè)的整體質(zhì)量。（剩余3925字）
