食品衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督管理的現(xiàn)狀與面臨的挑戰(zhàn)
摘 要:食品衛(wèi)生關乎人們的生命安全,加大食品衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督管理力度有利于保障食品安全、促進食品經營者守法經營,從而保障人們的身體健康。但食品衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督管理現(xiàn)狀不容樂觀,急需改善。因此本文對食品衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督管理現(xiàn)狀及面臨的挑戰(zhàn)進行分析,并從多個方面提出了應對策略,以提升食品衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督管理質量。

Current Situation and Challenges of Food Hygiene Supervision and Management

Abstract: Food hygiene is related to people’s life safety. Strengthening food hygiene supervision and management is conducive to ensuring food safety and promoting food operators to abide by the law, so as to ensure people’s health. However, the current situation of food hygiene supervision and management is not optimistic and needs to be improved urgently. Therefore, this paper analyzes the current situation and challenges of food hygiene supervision and management, and puts forward countermeasures from many aspects to improve the quality of food hygiene supervision and management.
