食品農(nóng)藥殘留檢測(cè)技術(shù)及質(zhì)量控制措施
摘 要:本文概述食品農(nóng)藥殘留檢測(cè)的必要性,介紹近年來(lái)應(yīng)用廣泛的食品農(nóng)藥殘留檢測(cè)技術(shù)的原理和特點(diǎn),如色譜法、免疫分析法、納米生物傳感器等,并從樣品采集、儀器設(shè)備校準(zhǔn)與維護(hù)、人員操作規(guī)范、檢測(cè)環(huán)境控制等方面總結(jié)食品農(nóng)藥殘留檢測(cè)的質(zhì)量控制措施,以確保檢測(cè)結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性和可靠性,為食品安全監(jiān)管提供有力支持。

Detection Technology and Quality Control Measures of Pesticide Residues in Food

Abstract: This paper summarizes the necessity of pesticide residue detection in food, and introduces the principle and characteristics of pesticide residue detection technologies widely used in food in recent years, such as chromatography, immunoassay, nano-biosensor and other methods, and the quality control measures for pesticide residue detection in food are summarized from the aspects of sample collection, instrument and equipment calibration and maintenance, personnel operation specifications, testing environment control and other aspects, so as to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test results and provide strong support for food safety supervision.
