食品農(nóng)藥殘留的高效液相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用檢測方法優(yōu)化策略
摘 要:本研究分析了食品農(nóng)藥殘留檢測中高效液相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用技術面臨的主要挑戰(zhàn),包括檢測靈敏度不足、定量準確性受限及復雜基質(zhì)干擾等問題。通過優(yōu)化樣品前處理方法、改進色譜分離條件、創(chuàng)新質(zhì)譜檢測參數(shù)等策略,提出了基質(zhì)固相分散萃取與同位素內(nèi)標法相結合的分析方案,有助于提高農(nóng)藥殘留檢測的靈敏度和準確度。

Optimization Strategy of High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry Method for Detection of Pesticide Residues in Food

Abstract: This study analyses the main challenges faced by high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry in the detection of pesticide residues in food, including insufficient sensitivity, limited quantitative accuracy and complex matrix interference. By optimizing sample pretreatment method, improving chromatographic separation conditions and innovating mass spectrometry detection parameters, an analytical scheme combining matrix solid phase dispersion extraction and isotope internal standard method was proposed, which was helpful to improve the sensitivity and accuracy of agricultural residue detection.
