伊犁哈薩克自治州“樹上干”杏產業(yè)發(fā)展現狀、趨勢及新產品開發(fā)研究

摘 要：伊犁哈薩克自治州（以下簡稱伊犁）以其得天獨厚的自然條件，擁有豐富的果樹資源。其中，“樹上干”杏以其獨特的品質和風味，成為當地的一張名片。本文全面分析伊犁“樹上干”杏的營養(yǎng)價值、產業(yè)發(fā)展現狀，探討其發(fā)展趨勢，并提出新產品開發(fā)的策略與建議，以期為伊犁“樹上干”杏產業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供參考。

Research on Current Situation， Trend and New Product Development of Shushanggan Apricot Industry in Ili Kazak Autonomous Prefecture

Abstract： With its unique natural conditions， Ili kazak autonomous prefecture （hereinafter referred to as Yili） has abundant fruit tree resources. Among them， the shushanggan apricot with its unique quality and flavor， become a local business card. This paper comprehensively analyzed the nutritional value and industrial development status of shushanggan apricot in Yili， discussed its development trend， and put forward strategies and suggestions for new product development， in order to provide reference for sustainable development of shushanggan apricot industry in Yili.
