提升食源性疾病防控有效性的策略

摘 要：食源性疾病對(duì)公共健康構(gòu)成了嚴(yán)重威脅。隨著信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展，食品安全監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)要追蹤食品流向，實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控食品安全狀態(tài)，在源頭上預(yù)防食源性疾病的發(fā)生，確保消費(fèi)者的飲食安全和健康。本文闡述食源性疾病的致病原因，提出提升食源性疾病防控有效性的策略。

Strategies to Improve the Effectiveness of Prevention and Control of Foodborne Diseases

Abstract： Foodborne diseases pose a serious threat to public health. With the development of information technology， food safety regulators should track the flow of food， monitor the status of food safety in real time， prevent the occurrence of foodborne diseases at the source， and ensure the food safety and health of consumers. This paper discusses the causes of foodborne diseases and proposes strategies to improve the effectiveness of prevention and control of foodborne diseases.
