摘 要：本文闡述了食品抽樣檢測工作的重要性，詳細(xì)介紹了食品抽樣檢測的目的、方法、原則及其在生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)和流通環(huán)節(jié)的具體應(yīng)用，并分析了食品抽樣檢測在食品安全監(jiān)管中的發(fā)展方向，以期為食品安全監(jiān)管工作提供參考。
