食品中毒害危險(xiǎn)物現(xiàn)場快檢與精準(zhǔn)檢測關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究
摘 要:本文系統(tǒng)梳理了食品中毒害危險(xiǎn)物現(xiàn)場快檢和精準(zhǔn)檢測的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)類型,強(qiáng)調(diào)了不同檢測方法在靈敏度、檢測精度、檢測時(shí)效性方面的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。同時(shí)針對不同檢測方法的局限性,從技術(shù)改進(jìn)、步驟優(yōu)化、材料優(yōu)化等方面提出了具體的改進(jìn)方法,旨在為食品毒害危險(xiǎn)物檢測中具體檢測技術(shù)的選擇提供參考。

Abstract: In this paper, the key technology types of on-site rapid detection and accurate detection of food poisoning hazards are systematically sorted out, and the advantages and disadvantages of different detection methods in terms of sensitivity, detection accuracy and detection timeliness are emphasized. At the same time, in view of the limitations of different detection methods, specific improvement methods are proposed from the aspects of technical improvement, step optimization and material optimization, aiming to provide reference for the selection of specific detection technologies in the detection of food poison and dangerous substances.
