食品中毒害危險物現場快檢與精準檢測關鍵技術研究

摘 要：本文系統梳理了食品中毒害危險物現場快檢和精準檢測的關鍵技術類型，強調了不同檢測方法在靈敏度、檢測精度、檢測時效性方面的優(yōu)缺點。同時針對不同檢測方法的局限性，從技術改進、步驟優(yōu)化、材料優(yōu)化等方面提出了具體的改進方法，旨在為食品毒害危險物檢測中具體檢測技術的選擇提供參考。

Abstract： In this paper， the key technology types of on-site rapid detection and accurate detection of food poisoning hazards are systematically sorted out， and the advantages and disadvantages of different detection methods in terms of sensitivity， detection accuracy and detection timeliness are emphasized. At the same time， in view of the limitations of different detection methods， specific improvement methods are proposed from the aspects of technical improvement， step optimization and material optimization， aiming to provide reference for the selection of specific detection technologies in the detection of food poison and dangerous substances.
