Research on the Application of Digital Media'Technology in the Disclosure of Food Safety Information

Abstract： The disclosure offood safety information，as a crucial means of safeguarding public health rights and interests，requires information tobe transparent，accurate，and timely. Digital media technology， with interactivity， integration and real-time performance as its core features，has demonstrated significant advantages in enhancing the efficiency and coverage of information disclosure，increasing interactivity and participation， and enriching presentation forms and contents.This paper proposes strategies such as building a digital information disclosure platform，innovating information disclosure methods，and establishing a supervision and feedback mechanism for information disclosure，aiming to fully leverage digital media technology to enhance the efctivenessand public participation in food safety information disclosure，and provide strong support for food safety regulation.
