Abstract: The hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP) system, as a scientific and eficient food safety management model,has beenwidelyapplied inmany fields.Thisarticle takes hospitalcanteensas theresearch object,and deeply explores the important significance and specific application methods of HACCP system in food hygiene management. By conducting a comprehensive hazard analysis, identifying key control points,and developing a detailed HACCP plan,the aim is to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the food hygiene management level of hospital canteens.
