Research on Challenges and Countermeasures of Supplier Quality Management from a Food Safety Perspective

Abstract: Food safety is one of the core issues in food supply chain management,and supplier quality management is acritical link in ensuring foodsafety.From the perspective offood safety,this paper analyzes the challenges faced by food enterprises insupplier quality management,including insuffcientsupplier self-management, information asymmetry,and difficulties insupervision.It also proposes corresponding countermeasures,such as establishing a comprehensive supplier access mechanism, enhancing information sharing and communication,and strengthening supervisionand evaluation.Through these measures,fod enterprises can effctively improve supplier quality management,therebyensuring food safety,enhancing marketcompetitiveness,and increasing consumer trust.
