Analysis of Problems and Improvement Strategies for the Emergency Management System of Food Safety Incidents in Schools

Abstract: The emergency management system for food safety incidents in schools is crucial to the health of teachers and students and the normal operation ofschools.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the emergency management system for food safety incidents in schools,such as imperfect emergency plans, weak monitoring and early warning mechanisms, insuficient emergency response capabilities,and non-standard information reporting and release.Targeted improvement strategies are proposedto enhance schools'ability to respond to food safety incidents and effectively guarantee campus food safety.
