Exploration of Artificial Intelligence Applications in Food Safety

Abstract: This paper summarizes the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in food safety risk monitoring, and summarizes in detail the application of AI in the improvement of public health system and the detection and identification of foodborne pathogens.In the future,we should promote the development of AI in the field of food safety and improve the level of food safety assurance by means of data sharing and integration technology,and the integration of AI and other emerging technologies.
