Determination of the Content of Five Ginsenosides in HealthCare Food Ginseng Royal Jelly Oral Liquid

Abstract: Objective:To establish a method for simultaneous determination of the contents offive ginsenosides in ginseng royal jelly oral liquid by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).Method: After ultrasonic extraction with methanol,dilution and fitration,the samples were subjected to gradient elution using a CAPCELL PAK- C18 MG I column with water-acetonitrile as the mobile phase,and HPLC detection was performed. Result: The linear relationship of ginsenoside Rgl, ,ginsenoside Re, ginsenoside Rb1, ginsenoside Rb3 , and ginsenoside Rd was good r?0.999 8 ),with an average recovery rate of 97.4%~105.7%, ,and an relative standard deviation of (20 0.9%~1.3% . Conclusion: The method is simple to operate,accurate in results,and has good repeatability, and can be used for the determination of the contents of five ginsenosides in ginseng royal jelly oral liquid.
