Abstract： This paper discusses the importance of food inspection and testing， deeply analyzes the influencing factors of fod inspection and testing quality，and puts forward practical control measures，aiming to improve the quality offood inspectionand testing，buildasolid foodsafetydefense line，protect thehealthandrights and nterests of consumers，and provide theoretical and practical guidance for the high-quality development of the food inspection and testing industry.
