Determination of Residual Sodium Pentachlorophenol in Fresh Eggs by GC-MS/MS Method

Abstract: A method for determining residual sodium pentachlorophenol in fresh eggs using gas chromatographytandemmass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS)is established.This article purifies interfering substances through specific pretreatment steps,derivatizes with acetic anhydride pyridine solution,and determines by GC-MS/MS,quantifies by internal standard method. The results show that the method has good linearity, with a recovery range of 86% to 106% relative standard deviation of 3.3% 10 8.3% , and a quantification limit of 0.2μg?kg-1 . It is more sensitive than existing national standard methods and can meet the daily detection needs of egg products.
