Abstract: With the rapid development of China's food industry and the continuous improvement of regulatory requirements,the qualitycontroloffood inspectionand testing is facing newchallenges andoportunities.This article systematically analyzes the qualitycontrol diffculties in the food inspectionand testing process, including complex matrix interference control, standardized sample pretreatment, etc., and proposes targeted systematic response strategies such as optimizing matrix matching calibration methods and establishing a database of pretreatment methods,aiming to improve the accuracy and reliability of food inspection and testing results and provide strong technical support for food safety assurance.
