The Application and Optimization of High-Performance Liquid Chromatography in the Detection of Veterinary Drug Residues in Animal-Derived Food

Abstract: High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) plays a crucial role in the detection of veterinary drugresidues inanimal-derived foodsdue to itshighseparation efciency,sensitivity,and selectivity.HPLCisan essential tool forveterinary drug residue detection,quality control,and pharmacokinetic studies,and is also one of the key technologies for ensuring food safety.This article discusses the basic principles,technical features,and advantages of HPLC,itsapplicability in veterinary drug testing,and explores the application of HPLC in this field. It also proposes optimization strategies for HPLCin veterinary drug testing to enhance the accuracy and reliability of drug detection, thereby ensuring the safety of animal-derived foods.
