教育數(shù)字化轉型背景下醫(yī)學院校教師數(shù)字素養(yǎng)提升策略研究

摘 要 在教育數(shù)字化轉型與智慧醫(yī)療快速發(fā)展的背景下,醫(yī)學院校教師的數(shù)字素養(yǎng)已成為不可或缺的核心能力。文章剖析了醫(yī)學院校教師數(shù)字素養(yǎng)存在的問題,并從加強頂層設計、推進數(shù)字資源共建共享、開展醫(yī)學數(shù)字化培訓、開拓數(shù)字化教育實踐、構建數(shù)字素養(yǎng)評價等方面提出相應策略,旨在為醫(yī)學院校教師數(shù)字素養(yǎng)培育提供參考。

Research on Strategies for Enhancing Digital Literacy of Medical College
Teachers under the Background of Education Digital Transformation

Abstract Against the backdrop of digital transformation in education and rapid development of smart healthcare, the digital literacy of medical school teachers has become an indispensable core competency. The article analyzes the problems of digital literacy among medical college teachers and proposes corresponding strategies from the aspects of strengthening top-level design, promoting the co construction and sharing of digital resources, conducting medical digital training, exploring digital education practices, and constructing digital literacy evaluations, aiming to provide reference for the cultivation of digital literacy among medical college teachers.
