以宣講形式推進(jìn)高職院校德育工作現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查與思考

摘  要：通過數(shù)據(jù)資料表明：聽過宣講的多數(shù)大學(xué)生對宣講團(tuán)的認(rèn)同程度較高，對宣講實現(xiàn)德育效果有待提升。為此概括和分析影響大學(xué)生宣講團(tuán)實現(xiàn)德育功能的制約性因素，并從宣講內(nèi)容、宣講員、宣講形式、宣講效果、制度保障等方面對提升宣講實現(xiàn)德育功能的路徑進(jìn)行探析。

Abstract： The data show that most students who have heard give a high degree of identification with higher vocational college students' propaganda group， and the moral education effect of propaganda group needs to be improved. Therefore， this paper summarizes and analyzes the restrictive factors that affect the realization of moral education function in the propaganda group， and probes into the ways to improve the realization of moral education function in the propaganda group from four aspects： the content， the lecturer， the form and the effect of the propaganda.
