Error Causes and Control Countermeasures in Food Safety Sampling Inspection

Abstract: This paper systematically analyzes the types of errors that may occur during the food sampling inspection process and their formation causes,focusing on discussions from five dimensions: the sampling link, sample management,detectionmethods,personneloperation,and instrument equipment.Aimingat diferent error sources,comprehensive control strategies such as the optimization of standardized processes, the upgrading of detection technology specifications,the strengthening of personnel capabilities,and the inteligent managementof equipment are proposed, providing a theoretical reference for improving the efectiveness offood safety supervision.
