Abstract: This article reviews the principles,applicable scenarios, advantages,and disadvantages of current common trace element detection technologies in food. It focuses on key control strategies to improve the reliability of detection results,proposing a comprehensive quality control path that includes enhancing personnel quality, optimizing instruments,controling the environment,and combining technologies,providing theoretical references for improving the food trace component detection system.
