Optimization of the Method for Simultaneous Determination of Three Mycotoxins in Cereals by Liquid ChromatographyMass Spectrometry

Abstract: In this study, a method for simultaneous determination of mycotoxins in major cereals by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry was optimized.This method can achieve complete separation of three mycotoxins, aflatoxin B1, deoxynivalenol, and zearalenone,within 25min . The spike recovery rate was increased by more than 2% while maintaining analytical precision (relative standard deviation of 0.036% to 0.089% )and correlation coeficient greater than O.999.This method has high accuracy and sensitivity while ensuring analysis speed, and is highly practical for the determination of mycotoxins in cereals.
