Abstract： This article systematically elaborates on the principles and characteristics of common food rapid inspection technologies，analyzes their specific applications in agricultural product planting and breeding，food processing，circulation，and catering，and explores the development trend of food rapid inspection technology in the futurefeld offood qualitycontrol.Theaim is to provide theoretical basisand practicalreferencefor promoting the further improvement of food rapid inspection technology and better serving food quality control.
