Results and Analysis of the Proficiency Testing of Salmonella and Listeria monocytogenes in Food

Abstract: To comprehensively enhance the laboratory's detection capabilities for Salmonell and Listeria monocytogenesinfod,strengthenthelaboratory'scorecompetitiveness intheindustryandattheametimeesure that the test results issued have a high degree of accuracy and validity. In 2O24,the laboratory participated in the detection and verification of two microbial indicators,Salmonella and Listeria monocytogenes in food,organized by the Testing and Evaluation Center of the Chinese Academy of Inspection and Quarantine Sciences.The results showed that Salmonell was not detected inthe two samplestobe tested,24-K96land24-J554,while Listeria monocytogenes was detected inthe twosamples tobe tested,24-M289and24-Y906.After assssment,thersultof this proficiency test is “satisfactory”, which can provide solid technical support for ensuring food safety.
