Abstract: With the rapid development of the food industry,the problem of additive residues has become an important factorthreatening food safetyand it is of great practicalsignificance todevelopeficient and accuraterapid detection technology. Inthis paper,the main rapid detection methods for food additive residues are reviewed,and the quality control strategies in the detection process are discused. By optimizing technology selection,strengthening instrumentmanagement,improving thecomprehensive literacyof personnel,and introducingdigital and intellgent methods, it can provide theoretical support for the standardization and efciencyof food additive residue detection and help improve the food safety supervision system.
