Abstract: This article systematically analyzes the problems in food quality and safety testing from the perspectives of limitations in testing technology,loopholes in equipment management, weak professional abilities of personnel,and improper control of experimental environments.Targeted improvement strategies are proposed, including technological research and development innovation,equipment management optimization, talent pool construction,and laboratory standardization transformation,in order to provide theoretical reference for improving testing quality and ensuring food safety.
