Research on the Problems and Countermeasures in the Information Management of Food Inspection and Testing

Abstract: This article discusses the problems of insufficient capital investment, shortage of professional talents,defects in system functions,and lack of standard specifications. Measures are proposed to optimize resource allocation,strengthening talentcultivation,improving the technical system,and standardizing standardconstruction, in order to promote the comprehensive improvement of information management level in food inspection and testing, and provide theoretical support and practical reference for building a solid food safety defense line.
