Application of Immunosensing Technology in Rapid Detection of Foodborne Pathogens

Abstract: Food safety is a core issue of public health,and the rapid and accurate detection of foodborne pathogens is critical.Traditional detection methods such as culture methods,molecular biology methods,and conventional immunological methods have limitations in practical applications,including long detection cycles, complex operations,and insuffcientsensitivity.Immunosensor technology,which combines the specificrecognition of immunology with advanced sensing technology,has significant advantages in the rapid screening and on-site detection of foodborne pathogens, providing strong technical support for food safety.
