Analysis of the Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Consumers' Cognition of Food Safety Risks
—A Case Study of Handan City

Abstract: To understand the current status and influencing factors of consumers' risk perception of health food safety,this article conducts empirical analysis on consumer survey data in Handan city through the use of t-tests,analysis of variance,and multiple linear regresson analysis. The results showed that among the 644 survey subjects, the average score of health food safety risk awareness was (3.36±0.54) points. Among them, age,education level, monthly income,knowledge level,health awareness,government regulatory trust,expert and scholar trust,positive effect cognition,and diffrences in informationacquisition by health institutions and medical personnel and consumer health food safety risk cognition are statistically significant and have a negative impact;There isastatisticallysignificant and positive diffrence in manufacturer brand trust,attention to health food safety issues,information obtained from relevant lectures,and consumer perception of health food

safety risks.Comprehensive analysis shows that consumers have arelatively low level of risk awareness of health food safety,and itisnecessry toadopt systematicand diversified measures through multi-party linkage to correct consumers' risk perception bias towards health food safety.
