Optimization of the Aqueous Extraction Process for Polysaccharides from Dendrobium officinale

Abstract: In order to optimize the extraction process of polysaccharides from Dendrobium officinale,this study investigated the efects of extraction temperature,time and solid-liquid ratioon polysaccharide yield through single factor experiments,and orthogonal experiments were used to determine the optimal process parameters.The results showed that when the extraction temperature was 90°C , the extraction time was 4.5h, and the solid-liquid ratio was 1:40(g:mL) ,the polysaccharide extraction rate was the highest, reaching 17.60% .The research results can provide theoretical support and technical guidance for deepening the comprehensive utilization of Dendrobium officinale resources.
