Abstract: As a critical technical measure to ensure food safety, food safety sampling has garnered significant atention from relevant authorities.The sampling processerves as the foundational and prerequisite step for food inspections. Scientific and rigorous food sampling ensures the smooth implementation of subsequent testing and inspectionprocedures and isakeyfactor infuencing theaccuracyandreliabilityof testresults.Thisarticleanalyzes considerations and existing isues in food sampling practices, proposes improvement measures,and provides references to enhance sampling operations.
