Quality and Safety Risk Analysis and Control Recommendations for Food-Related Products Under the PreApproval Commitment and Immediate Access System

Abstract: This article systematicallyanalyzes the quality and safety risk factors of food related products under the quasi business commitment system, including weak quality awareness of enterprises,insufcient allocation of regulatory resources,imperfect creditcommitmentsystem,and incomplete standard system.Based on this,targeted control suggestions are proposed to strengthen enterprisequality awareness,optimize regulatory resource alocation, build a comprehensive regulatory system,improve credit commitment system,and perfect standard system,aiming to improve the qualityand safety leveloffood related products,protect consumers’health rights and interests,and promote the sustainable development of the food related product industry.
